In 2020, it is a unusual year for everybody on the world, we have suffered the Covid-19 all over the world. And for all the business and the tradings are sliding in some degree. we received 345 pieces of inquiries about the repair and replacement of diode laser stack in total. 319 customers of them chose our professional laser repair service. Generally, the main problem of these diode laser stacks is one or several pieces of bar of the laser stacks burned with dark spot or some surface are ruined by water condensation.

Followings are some reasons that cause burning of the diode laser bar :

1.Temperature

* Using machine for too long time,and machine temperature becomes too high.
We suggest please do not use the machine continously for more than 4 hours without any stop. It is like a man life, you should rest and work then rest, otherwise you will be get sick soon. Do not trust all the supplier said that their device can work for more than 12 hours, 24 hours one time continously, it is like a rumor to say that you will eat one kind of milk will get fat dissolving soon, no need excise, no need any kind of body Physical exertion, you will get body slimming and body scuplture during one soup of milk.

* The water flow rate is low. This will also make the heat-disappation slow, then will cause the diode bar temperature high. Usually this kind of diode laser device, it must be with good quality of cooling system, in the market there is compressor cooling, TEC cooling and Radiator cooling. During them, Compressor is best but compressor cooling system may cause some custom clearance problem also during delivery. While TEC cooling also good, but not so effective than Compressor cooling, Also for the Radiator if you have good quality parts it can cool well for the system heat-dissapation also.

* The room temperature is a bit higher than normal, when using the machine.So please adjust the room temperature better with air-conditionor when doing laser hair removal treatment. The best room temperature should be 25+_2 ℃.

2.Humidity

* The environment for the machine is too humid.When using the diode laser hair removal machine, please do not always make the cooling of setting on all the time;Some intelligent software will set the laser machine cooling on and cooling off when the device is not used. Also some will set it as 60S no working will stop cooling. DO not think that all handles are with ICE wraped well are always best for the laser handle, and only for laser treatment, they fell nothing but for the effectiveness rare, also for the handle itself will be bad effect of water condensation soon. Also please do not always keep the spot with plastic wrapped.When you change another customer, or you will rest the device, also take off the wrapped plastic wrap，thus to relax the heat dissipation contact heads. We understand you want to use the platic wrap to ensure sanitation and disinfection for one-time use. But also please make sure each time also clear and relax the contact head itsekf. The diode laser bar will be easily with wet or humadity, this will also cause diode laser bar burn.

3.Quality

* Using bad quality diode bar. Many suppliers now are changing bad quality of laser bar to save cost and also you can see in the market, the lasers epilation device is not so valuable like before. 10 years ago, one diode laser may sell at price value of 20000USD, while now only 10000USD, they are half cost not just because the mass production, also the inner side of the diode bar are core technology.

* Laser diode bar mounting technology couldn’t reach the standard. There are many supplier of beauty machine manufacture in the market, but for diode laser mounting, most of them are using same factory to offer laser bar to make beauty machine, so you will see the diode bar quality and mounting technology will be come from same factory on earth.

* The electronic control parameters don’t suit for the diode laser stack, some laser stack burn soon maybe they are not using the accurate parameters to work on the laser bar.

*Not accurate operation of laser hair removal machine, like forget to adding water first, or you may always put the handle like down-up situation after treatment, they all will have water backward and cause water condensation problem soon.

4.Water Problem

Do not use bad quality water with too much dirty and Ion,which will block the diode laser bar channel or holes. Also you should change water every month to make the machine with good quality of water. This is very important, no matter you are using micro channle bar,macro channel bar, or the non channel bar. You can feel free to check your water tap, you will see there are many Yellow or white scale, if it is not clear for a long time.
